Dr Aswini Kumar Mohopatra

Dr Aswini Kumar Mohapatra is a Professor and Unit Head in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, with over two decades of experience in teaching and clinical practice. He completed his MBBS and MD in TB and Respiratory Diseases from Utkal University. Dr. Mohapatra has contributed extensively to academic research, with numerous publications in national and international journals. His clinical expertise includes Fibre Optic Bronchoscopy, Thoracoscopy, Spirometry, and critical care medicine. He has also been actively involved in clinical trials, particularly in the fields of respiratory infections and asthma. Dr. Mohapatra’s research interests include COPD, asthma, tuberculosis, and innovative diagnostic technologies.
