Dr Akash Dhuru is a leading surgical oncologist practising in Mumbai with over nine years of clinical experience in oncology. He completed his MBBS from Padmashree Dr D.Y. Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai, followed by an MS and DNB in General Surgery, and DNB in Surgical Oncology. He has also earned fellowships in Minimally Invasive Surgery (FMAS) and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery in Oncology (FALS) from AMASI and IAGES, respectively, along with a Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (DHHM) and a PGDMLE. Dr Dhuru has performed numerous major surgeries for various cancers and worked alongside renowned oncological teams in Mumbai. He is affiliated with several prestigious hospitals, including S.L. Raheja, Bhatia, Wockhardt, and ACI Cumballa Hill. His clinical interests include head and neck, breast, colorectal, and gynaecological cancers.
