Dr Don Gregory Mascherenhas is a highly qualified pulmonologist with an MBBS, MD in Pulmonary Medicine, DNB in Pulmonary Medicine, and a Diploma in Allergy and Asthma. He is currently a Professor and Head of the Department of Respiratory Medicine & Interventional Pulmonology. Dr Mascherenhas is also an integral member of the Tuberculosis Core Committee and the Pharmacotherapeutic Committee at Father Muller Medical College (FMMC). With extensive expertise in managing a wide range of respiratory disorders, he treats conditions such as COPD, acute severe asthma, respiratory failure, lung cancer, pneumonia, pulmonary thromboembolism, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, interstitial lung diseases, sleep disorders, and other pulmonary diseases. His comprehensive approach ensures effective treatment and management of these complex conditions.
